• Phil Greatrex [e-mail: greatrexp@cwenergy.co.uk ] began specialising in tax in the early 1980's and has many years experience in oil industry issues and in corporate taxation, bringing, in addition to this expertise, the ability to negotiate sale and purchase agreements and considerable experience on funding structures.  

• Stewart Norman [e-mail: normans@cwenergy.co.uk ] commenced his career in tax in the mid-1970's, having since gained considerable experience in the field of corporate and international tax.  He is frequently involved in advising on corporate acquisitions and disposals and funding structures. 

• Paul Rogerson[e-mail: rogersonp@cwenergy.co.uk ] has worked in corporate tax since 1986, specialising in the energy sector from that time.  He has a wide breadth of experience, gained, in part, from secondment to companies and his role in coordinating international tax for a number of clients.

• Janusz Cetnarowicz [e-mail: cetnarj@cwenergy.co.uk ] has worked in tax since the early 1980's.  He brings to CW Group a particular expertise in EU-related matters and has many years of experience in advising multinational clients.

• Peter Landon [e-mail: landonp@cwenergy.co.uk ] has specialised in tax since the early 1970's. He is an acknowledged expert in VAT matters and, in particular, has many years experience in advising companies in the oil industry and in the financial and insurance sectors.
