Outsourcing and secondments
In an ideal world, we at CW Energy feel that clients are usually best served by undertaking their tax function, whether it be planning or compliance, in-house. In many respects there is no real substitute for having someone on-the-spot, who is familiar with what is happening on a day-to-day-basis and who can quickly respond to the needs of management. There are times, however, when this ideal situation, for one reason or another, doesn't exist.
When this occurs, we may be able to offer just the solution companies need by taking over some or all of the burden of their compliance or planning needs, leaving management free to direct their energies elsewhere. Such arrangements can:

be on a permanent or short-term basis; and,

in appropriate cases, involve members of out professional team being seconded to work alongside the client's own staff on a full-or part-time basis.
This type of arrangement can be as flexible as companies want and we will be happy to discuss what is needed in any given situation.
